Five people brutalised by police over arrest of cyclist

Nkwanta(V/R), April 20, - More than five people including a soldier were allegedly brutalised by the police at Nkwanta in the Volta region on Easter Sunday while seeking the arrest of a cyclist who rode in the night without light.
