All-Share index in marginal gain

Accra, June 7, GNA - The GSE All-Share index, the main index of the Accra bourse, made a slow rise of 0.16 points on Thursday to close at 5,226.92 points.

Although four equities saw price appreciation during the session, traded volumes on the other hand were still low with only 26,000 shares changing hands.

Change Year to date now stands at 4.41 per cent. There were four positive price changes.

SG-SSB was up one cedi at 7,162 cedis, Fan Milk Limited gained one cedi at 19,551 cedis, Ecobank Ghana went up by five cedis at 14,346 cedis and Enterprise Insurance Company (EIC) was up by three cedi and 9,507 cedis respectively.

Market capitalization ended the session at 114,331.79 billion cedis.
