The Achimota Retail Center (ARC) has rewarded seven loyal customers who took part in the ‘Power Shopper Promotion’.

The promotion was aimed at drawing traffic to the mall. Shoppers were expected to spend over Gh¢ 100 to qualify for the promotion. They were to take pictures of goods bought at the Mall and share it on the Facebook page of the center.

Michael Awortwe, John Castro Kakraba, Catherine Tewevogui, Janet Assumani, Isaac Agyei and Michael Opoku were the final winners. Items won ranged from blenders, washing machine, microwave, food process and fridges.

The ARC is running another promotion for the month of May. Two stands have been set up at the mall to give coupons with five token slots to patrons. The five slots are expected to be filled during the working days and dropped into a container to qualify. The ultimate winner will get a fully paid trip for two abroad.

Souvenirs will also be given out during and after the promotion. The ARC is the latest modern retail shopping facility in Ghana. It is located at Dome near the St. John’s Grammar School. The US$60 million investment project is owned by Delico Achimota Limited, the same group that is the majority shareholder of West Hills Mall and controlled by Attafrica Limited.

The Mall houses two anchor tenants and more than 45 line shops, offering goods and services in different retail categories including grocery and food, lifestyle, electronics, fashion, beauty and wellness, telecommunication among others.
