Accra bourse up in quiet trading

Accra, Nov. 14, GNA - The Accra bourse ended mixed in quiet trading on Monday that saw the main stock index rising by 1.4 points. The GSE All-Share Index ended trading at 4,899.08 points from 4,897.68 on Friday.

Traded shares were mere 17,700 while market capitalisation was slightly better at 92,204.53 billion cedis from 92,200.81 billion cedis from 3,393.18 million issued shares.

Change for the year ended at -27.94 per cent.

There were four price changes, two up and two down. Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited ended 45 cedis better at 7,651 cedis and Fan Milk Limited was two cedis better at 15,654 cedis. Clydestone was 100 cedis poorer at 1,000 cedis and Ghana Commercial Bank lost two cedis at 6,748 cedis.
