Accra bourse rises on another quiet note

Accra, Dec. 11, GNA - The Ghana Stock Exchange rose in another quiet trading that saw only 147,900 shares changing hands. The GSE All-Share Index, the main market indicator of the bourse, rose by 0.28 points at 6,420.32 points from 6,420.04 points on Monday. Change year to date remained at 28.25 per cent. On the broader market there were three price changes, all positive.

Ghana Commercial Bank was 0.0001 GH cedis better at 0.9714 GH cedis, SG-SSB Bank gained 0.0006 GH cedis at 1.2210 GH cedis and Unilever also gained 0.0010 GH cedis 2.1016 GH cedis. Market capitalisation rose marginally at 12,247.88 GH cedis from 12,247.71 GH cedis.
