Accra bourse registers another slow day

Accra, Sept. 7, GNA - The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) on Thursday saw another dull day with only three equities making weak gains. The GSE All-Share Index, the main bench mark, inched up by 0.06 points at 4,906.22 points from 4,906.16 points.

On the broader market three equities gained a cedi each with ECOBANK (Ghana) at 11,826 cedis; Enterprise Insurance Company at 8,402 cedis and Fan Milk Limited at 16,151 cedis.

Only 31,700 shares changed hands, down from 256,800 shares on Wednesday.

Market Capitalisation was 97,503.96 billion cedis from 97,503.76 billion cedis.
