Accra, Oct. 20, GNA - The Accra Bourse on Monday opened trading recording marginal gains after it posted very impressive performance last week.
The All-Share Index, the market indicator was up by 3.51 points to open the week at 2,852.60 points from 2,849.09 points.
Traded shares went up slightly to 212,700 from 131,100 on Friday. Change in the year ended at 104.44 per cent.
In the broader market, there were two price changes, all positive. Unilever Ghana gained 105 cedis to close at 9,905 cedis while Ghana Commercial Bank made 14 cedis to finish at 5,815 cedis.
Market capitalisation edged up to 10,833.77 billion cedis from 10,824.89 billion cedis it recorded on Friday.
