Accra bourse index inches up

Accra, June 17, GNA - The GSE-All Share Index, the benchmark measure of the Accra bourse, inched up by 1.30 points to close 10,239.94 points compared to 10,238.64 points. Change to date now stands at 55.16 per cent. Traded volumes dropped to 240,100 shares, down from 396,200 shares. On the broader market, there were four price changes - three positive and a negative. Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) gained GH¢0.01 at GH¢29.81, Total Petroleum Ghana Limited (TOTAL) went up by GH¢0.09 at GH¢6.10 and Unilever Ghana Limited (UNIL) was up GH¢0.01 at GH¢2.49. Aluworks Limited, lost GH¢0.03 for the second consecutive time, to close GH¢0.62. Market capitalisation ended the session marginally at GH¢15,514.83 million up from GH¢15,514.02 million.
