Accra, Jan. 6, GNA - The GSE All-Share Index, the main measure of performance of the Exchange, on Tuesday closed flat at 10,431.64 points. The change year to date for this year remained 0.00 per cent. There was no price change. Traded volumes slipped at 15,700 from Monday's close of 20,300 shares.
