Accra bourse inches up

Accra, Nov. 16, GNA - The Ghana Stock Exchange continued its slow rise on Wednesday with the GSE-All Share Index, the main market measure, going up by 0.19 points in a dull market that saw only one price appreciation.

The Index ended trading at 4,899.40 points up from 4,899.21 points. Guinness Ghana Brewery Limited gained three cedis at 7,655 cedis. Market capitalisation was better at 92,205.38 billion cedis, up from 92,204.88 billion cedis.

Traded shares fell to 150,400 shares down from 275,500 shares. Change for the year remained at -27.94 per cent.
