The management of Accra Mall has paid the GHc 2 million debt it owed the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).

On Wednesday, 29 November, officials of the GRA led by the Chief Revenue Officer, Kofi Heto stormed the premises in an attempt to close down the multipurpose mall located in the capital.

Mr Heto told journalists that the GRA in September this year notified the management of the mall about the indebtedness to the state, however, no efforts were made to pay, hence the move to close down the mall.

But ClassFMonline.com has gathered that the management, after the encounter with the GRA officials, settled the debt.
