ASHFOAM joins in celebrating Ada's 80th Asafotufiami Festival

ASHFOAM, a leading foam manufacturing company in Ghana has donated some items to the Ada Traditional Council in support of the 80th Asafotufiami Festival celebration.

The items which included waste bins were presented to promote sanitation in Ada as well as to encourage the people in the area to keep the community clean.

This year’s anniversary is a special one as it coincides with the 40th anniversary of the enstoolment of Nene Abram Kabu Akuaka III, Paramount Chief of the Ada Traditional Area.

The celebration is mainly in remembrance of the invaluable achievements of the founding fathers and ancestors for surviving wars and championing the development of Ada.

The Asafotufiami Festival of the people of the Ada Traditional Area in the Dangme East District is a rich cultural heritage celebrated annually in the first week of August.
