61-year-old painter, Kwame Badu could not hide his shock when he received a brand-new vehicle in the Coral Paints’ ‘Paint Your Dream into Reality’ promotion.

Mr Badu emerged the fourth winner of a Hyundai Accent saloon car and was presented the keys to his car at a short ceremony at the coral colour centre in Accra on Wednesday, 9th August 2017.

The visibly excited winner said the prize was a reward for his loyalty to Coral Paints.

He said, “I was a little sceptical at first but upon getting to the Coral Paints office with the dummy key, I realised it was very true so anyone who wants to win one of the cars should buy some of the paint”.

Kwame Badu who has over 40-years painting experience said he bought four Coralatex 18-litre pails for a job but upon reaching the site, he got information that his mother had passed on so he postponed the work for some days.

When he returned to work after the burial of his mother, he found the dummy key in one of the pails and sent it to the Coral office where he was asked to present the receipt of purchase before he was confirmed the fourth winner.

General Manager of Coral Paints Ghana, Yaw Bonnah-Sarpong in his remarks said the promotion was a way for Coral to reward and appreciate its customers for their support over the years.

He said, “the most important aspect of this promo is to let you know that Coralatex has been reformulated and now in the paint industry, it is the paint that can spread over 375-metre-square per the 18-litre which is incredible”.

To stand a chance of winning one of the two cars left in the ‘Paint Your Dream to reality’ promotion one must buy an 18-litre Coralatex pail in standard colours and hope to find one of the two remaining dummy keys in the pail.
