According to di individual letters wey di members write - dem say di reason for di defection na sake of di division wey dey di PDP wit as e concern di controversy about di National Secretary of di party wey don make communication channel difficult. Na Martins Amaewhule read di letters.

Dem say di confusion wey surround di position of di National Secretary don generate many court cases by members of di party for various courts wey don divide di party.

  • 29 October: Burning of di main shambers of di state Assembly for night.


  • 30 October: 24 Members hold sitting inside di auditorium of di Assembly wey dem burn. Dem also Edison Ehie as leader of di House and three oda lawmakers wey include Sokari Goodboy Sokari Ahoada West constituency, Victor Oko Jumbo wey dey represent Bonny constituency, and Adolphus Oruibienimigha wey dey represent Opobo/Nkoro constituency.

  • 1 November: State High Court for Isiokpo grant restraining order on Impeachment of Rivers state govnor. Di court grant interim order restraining di Rivers state house of assembly, di speaker of di House, deputy dpeaker, clerk of di House and di chief judge of di state from carrying out any action wit respect to di impeachment of di govnor of pending di determination of di Motion on Notice.
