Soccer-Farmer made chairman of Buellah Stars F/C

Mr Savor Thomas a farmer was elected chairman of the Djastui Buellah Stars football club for a two-year term at Djastui, near Nsawam, yesterday. Other officers were Mr George Ahiabu, team manager, Mr Edward Sevor Djastui, secretary, Kwame Aheto, coach, John Oklu, captain, and Amega Maweley Saba, chief of the town, life patron. In a friendly match to mark the occasion, Buellah Stars drew 1-1 with Akwamu Red Lions.
