A perfect woman in this context means a woman the one pleases — not necessary a woman with perfect body and/or brain.

In the 3 minutes classic and colourful video, he makes so many promises to his woman and showers a lot of praises on her out of joy.
He serves her breakfast in bed, takes her out on a boat ride, and night hangouts in the video.
