Meet the newest diva in town, NIRA

Nira is a Ghanaian/Dutch artist based in Holland. In a recent interview with her she said she is an all-round musician but because of her powerful voice most of her music have soul/ jazzy touch but her music is mostly R & B, Soul, Afro pop and a little bit of Reggae vibes.

She said, “I have been singing since I was a little girl but now taking it professional, I started as a lead singer of a salsa band when I was about 8 years old and used to perform a lot with them, because of school music took a back seat in my life but now am more than ready to show the world what am capable of doing especially Ghana and Holland.”

“I am not main stream and I got my own style. Most of my songs are based on everyday things that happen to most people and also a lot of people can relate to my music.” She added.

She continued, “I write all my songs myself but am open to work with other artist. My new single is ft Yaa Pono and it’s called Look At Me. And I hope everybody will enjoy this.”

Her PR person, Mr. Joseph Marshall Agyepong (Marshall) said the best is yet to come from Nira. We have upcoming project we are working on but this single is to introduce her to the Ghana music industry for people to know her music.

He also said she will be doing some featuring with some Ghanaian artist namely Zeal of VVIP and more.

Big Mike Entertainment is her record label and we about to explode from Africa to the world with the ‘Nira Europe tour and African Tour’.
