Hip-life Artist Barosky Considers Court Action Against Ofori Amponsah

Joycelyn Baddoo who is based in Bronx, New York (The Big Apple) has been singing for a very long time and is also a leader of the Praise and Worship team and part of the Women's Ministry at the renowned Dayspring Glory Church located in the Bronx.

With her level of singing and experience, it has been long overdue for the woman of God to release a gospel album but as the saying goes; patience is virtue and God's time is the best. Through encouragement from loved ones, her dedication and sacrifice is about to pay off.

She is about to release a new gospel album, her followers have been waiting for which is set to hit America like thunder and lightning in September. (Watch this space for more details). For those who lack faith, Joycelyn says; just have faith in God as she had and her time has finally arrived.

The following is Joycelyn's own words as she tells how she got the calling to release an album, read and be inspired;

Through many trials and disappointments, I still had faith that God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly beyond what we imagine or think of.

God has deposited songs in the inside of everyone to sing to glorify his name, but some of us don't know how to birth out the gift. As our faces are different so are our voices. Every voice is unique in the eyes of God; as long as you use it to draw souls to Him.

There are great singers with great voices out there, to name a few: Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Helen Rhabbles, Tagoe Sisters, Esther Smith and more; but, I believe that there is always a room for one or more singers for the coming of our Redeemer.

I started singing when I was about 10yr old in school choir in Accra. I didn't pursue it as I got older until my church Pastor; Georgina Boye-Woolley of the Dayspring Glory Ministries, saw the potential in me and began encouraging me every time after Sunday service or after Praise & Worship service.

As I began to pray about it God started giving me songs upon songs to write. One of the songs he gave me entitled;"Me Wo Gyedi" (I have faith knowing that all things work together for good for them that love the Lord)

I pray that anyone that listens to the depth of my lyrics will be touched in a very positive way, as God did for me, so will He do for you. Just have faith my sisters and brothers; for without faith, no one can see God!!
