First ever star-studded musician reality show coming up soon

The first Ever Musician Reality Show dubbed, Faces Reality Show, is here with us and is schedule for November-December in Accra where they will be looking for a Unity Ambassador.

Reality Shows all over the world are organized to unearth talents, unscripted drama, amusements to mould them for the future or to become professionals. This can be Games, Blind Dating, Dancing, Music, Sports among others.

This is going to be a 3-weeks show in which the contestants would be housed and it is expected to bring together Ghanaian artistes close to their fans and the public to have in-depth knowledge about their favourite stars live. The Faces Reality Show is seeking to bring the nation’s artistes together under the Theme: UNITY, where a Unity Ambassador would be selected within the three weeks of their stay in the house.

According to the organizers, within the three weeks the number of selected (mind you they are hand picking the musicians) artistes would go through various activities, in and outdoors, which include packed shows for the duration of their stay.

The objective of this program is to show to the public and fans base how their Stars live and their ability to act as a unifying force for the nation’s development, where the public shall be invited to play a crucial role in evictions through voting via SMS.

At the end of their stay the artistes shall be obliged to work together in producing a Unity Song which shall be released on the final event night and usher in the Christmas and the New Year.

The winner of the maiden Show is expected to assist the Ministry of Information and National Orientation in Sensitization and Educational Campaigns on the need for Unity in the Nation, all participating artistes shall be available for Unity Message shoots and all artistes shall work together in the house and outside to project the focus of the event.

The benefits to be derived from this project is the prize money and the fame that goes with other benefits to the participating artistes in the house, like opportunity to work with Government agencies, increase in personality rating and expansion of the fan base. According to I-Media, the organizers of the show they are looking  for housemates who will be vocal, humour, creative and remain a unify factor within the industry.

“We want to see unity in musicians but not otherwise. As you are aware most of these artistes lyrically beef themselves and these are things we want to avoid. Those to be selected are expected to be tolerant with one another in the house and live above reproach”
