NASSA Games fixed for November 9

Accra, Nov 5, GNA -- The Non Assisted Schools Sports Association (NASSA) will from November 9-17, hold a Sports Festival at the Tema Sports Stadium.

Mr Emmanuel Ankrah secretary of NASSA in a statement said, over fifty schools in the Greater Accra Region shall participate in the festivals in football, handball and football in both male and female categories.

According to the statement, the first part of the festival will have secondary schools competing for honours between November 9 to 17, with the Technical School session fixed for November 23-24. The statement said the first four schools in each zone will secure a ticket to the Super Zonal competition.

Among the schools competition in the secondary school division are Harvard College, City Secondary School, Salem Secondary and defending champions Action Progressive Institute with Emit Electronics, Roteco, Hannah Girls, Snaps College among others vying for honours in the technical schools section.
