The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, has issued some guidelines ahead of the reopening of airports in the country.

One of the COVID-19 Flight Resumption Protocol for Passengers prohibits escorts coming with VIPs from entering the departure hall which is now only for travelling passengers.

Travellers are also advised to arrive at the airport three hours before scheduled flight due to the new COVID-19 safety checks.

A face mask must be worn before travellers can gain access into the terminal building.
