Libyan PC discusses with elders of Misrata, Zliten national reconciliation

The Head of the Presidential Council (PC), Muhammad Menfi, has received sheikhs and notables from the cities of Misrata and Zliten at his office in Tripoli.

PC member Musa Al-Koni was also present at the meeting, which focused on the necessity and importance of reuniting Libyans.

"The national reconciliation file is one of the most important goals of the PC," a statement by the PC media office said.

For their part, sheikhs and notables of Misrata and Zliten invited the Presidential Council to visit the two cities in the coming period.

The guests declared their full support for the new administration as it leads the country towards the upcoming entitlements.
