Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko has subtly responded to the jeering comments that trailed her outfit to colleague Nkiru Sylvanus' wedding.
On January 15, 2023, Nkiru Sylvanus and her husband Riches Sammy staged a star-studded wedding that was attended by several celebrities.
Destiny, however, used her Instagram account to flaunt how she dressed for the lavish wedding.
The actress donned a cartooned-coloured gown that had some white stripes and covered her fingers.
Social media users criticized her appearance, saying she needed a stylist and that the attire was inappropriate for the occasion.
The actress who appeared unperturbed by the negative remarks posted more images from the event on her Instagram page.
She defined herself as a queen who lets other people strive to win her heart rather than the other way around.
Destiny added that because she is the ruler of the world, she will always behave as a queen.
She wrote: “A queen doesn’t try to win others heart, Others try to win her’s. I will do what queens do. I rule the world.”(sic)
