The nature of him is lackadaisical attitude. Well, but life is how you make it. People may be so serious and not successful and some not to serious and yet, successful. I like him, he doesn't take things so serious, but have focus. One thing I have regretted from him is his family saga, but is his personal life and choice. He is good in some way, very entertaining.
