Asante Kotoko's Edmund Ackah resigns as Greater Accra rep

Experienced football administrator Edmund Ackah has resigned from his position as the Greater Accra Representative for Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

Ackah who has a depth of experience in the local football terrain has been serving in this capacity under the current administration at the Kumasi based club since August 2018.

He has however decided to step down from his role owing to personal reasons.

Ackah disclosed this in an interview with Kumasi based Oyerepa FM.
He is quoted as saying “it’s true, I have resigned as Accra rep of Asante Kotoko, I can no longer be a member of this management, and it’s a personal reason”.

Ackah has served in various capacities for Kotoko and also handled a similar role for the local premier league side Medeama SC in 2012.
