Happy Sports was at the construction site of the Youth and Sports Center at Ho, to check the progress of work carried out at the venue since work begun two years ago.

The facility is part of the 10 Youth and Sports Centers been constructed by the government across the country.

The Minister of Youth and Sports Isaac Asiamah cut sod for the construction of the facility on March 22, 2018.

The project according to the Sports Minister was supposed to be completed within nine months.

Minister Asiamah said the $2 million project forms part of government’s efforts to provide Ghanaian youth with opportunities to develop their talents.

However, Happy Sports visited the facility and our checks indicate that the facility is far from completion after two years since the project started.
