Spokesperson for Asante Kotoko, Kennedy Boakye-Ansah has debunked reports in the local media indicating that head coach Maxwell Konadu has been queried by management after last Wednesday’s game.

Maxwell Konadu fielded 10 players during the start of the game instead of 11 players against Aduana Stars which they lost by a lone goal.

According to Kennedy, management met the coach after the game for briefing which normally happens after every game and there is no friction between the coach and management.

"It's a normal thing that we do after a very game not withstanding the results of the game, management meet coach (Maxwell Konadu) to review the tactical plan and the next step to take going into the game ahead of us", he told Kumasi FM

“There’s no friction between management and the head coach and it's never true that he (Maxwell Konadu) has been queried by management”, he added.
