FC Gintra Universitetas sign Black Queens star Priscilla Okyere

Lithuanian top-flight side FC Gintra Universitetas have completed the signing of Black Queens midfielder Priscilla Okyere.

Okyere penned a one-year deal with the Black and Yellow lads after successful negotiations and passing her mandatory medical.

The midfielder spent last season at Spanish Women's La Liga side Rayo Vallecano Femenino where she played an instrumental role for the club.

She played for Ghana Women’s League champions Ampem Darkoa FC before leaving for stint abroad.

The 24-year-old comes with rich international experience having been part of the Ghana Black Maidens team that won bronze at the 2012 Fifa Under-17 Women’s World Cup and as well the Princesses squad at the 2014 Fifa Under-20 Women’s World Cup in Canada.

She also featured in the 2018 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations hosted by Ghana.
