Karela United attacker Emmanuel Osei Baffour set for AshGold return

Emmanuel Osei Baffour is on the verge of joining former Club Ashanti Gold from Karela United.

Karela United are willing to free up cash by transferring the skilful winger to his former Club.

With Ashanti Gold preparing for the CAF Confederation Cup, there will be the need to make more additions to their squad and Osei Baffour has been linked with a return to the Club.

The 24-year-old jumped ship to Karela United two seasons ago after helping Ashanti Gold to win the Ghana Premier League title.

His time at Karela saw him reach the finals of the NC Special Cup with the Club where they lost to Kotoko.

He is now set to enjoy Confederation Cup football with an imminent arrival in Obuasi.

Ashanti Gold have already signed Kwabena Amoako from Eleven Wonders as well as Isaac Opoku Agyemang from lower division side Lizbeth FC.
