Amidu joins Extremadura

Ghanaian teenager Baba Osman Amidu has joined Spanish Segunda B side Extremadura on a one-year deal.

Amidu 18. moves to the Spanish club from Ghanaian third-tier side Spartans FC.

The budding central defender was one of the key players for the second division club last season before the competition was called off.

Amidu will start his Extremadura career with the Under 19’s before he progress to the senior team.

He is the fourth Ghanaian player to sign for Extremadura this winter.
