Asante Kotoko policy analyst Dr Yaw Amo Sarpong seems to have taken a thinly-veiled criticism at rivals Hearts of Oak by trumping up the club's modern training equipment.

Sarpong posted a video of a player using the adjustable speed training resistance parachute.

He inscribed: ''The moment when you realise that the Club @AsanteKotoko_SC is moving in the right direction.... it just put a broad smile on your face... Faaaabuloussss!!!''

The two biggest clubs in the country have been trolling each other subtly in recent times after the unveiling of kit sponsors- Kotoko have Strike and Hearts of Oak netted a deal with Umbro.

Kotoko have been camping in Accra and training at the Zeytuna Park at Kasoa as they intensify their preparations for their CAF Confederation Cup match.

The Porcupine Warriors will play the winner of the first preliminary round match between Kariobangi Sharks of Kenya and Alter Solar of Djibouti.

They have lined up friendly matches against Inter Allies in Tema on Wednesday and then the Ghana U23 team on Sunday, 9 December 2018.
