Black Queens coach Bashir Hayford is aware of the huge task ahead of his side as they come against Cameroon on Friday.

Ghana will engage Cameroon in a must win game at the Accra Sports- a game they need all three points to make the next stage of the competition.

Anything short of that will see the Queens make an early exit from the competition.

At the pre-match presser coach Bashir Hayford stated that "We are aware of an uneasy task ahead of us but we are ready for the task and we will go all out."

"We will do our best and go all out to get a win and hope results at the other end will go our favour.

"I am hopeful of qualification and we will do our best to make that a reality."

Ghana are second in Group A with three points after wining one and losing one.
