Joachim Adukor inspires Sarajevo to 2-0 win in Serbian League

Ghanaian center back Joachim Adukor was inspirational for Sarajevo on Saturday evening as the blasted Tuzla City 2-0 in the Serbia Premijer Liga.

Two second half goals from Anel Hebibovic and Haris Handzic ensured Sarajevo won the day but not without the wonderful defensive exploits of the Ghanaian.

The Ghanaian defender was a pillar at the back as the visitors struggled to find their feet at the Olimpijski Stadion Asim Ferhatovi? Hase (Sarajevo).

Adukor, 25, forced the home fans to their feet with his brilliant tackles and passes.

The hardworking Ghanaian defender was applauded by the fans when he cleared the ball to corner in a one-on-one situation to stop the visitors from reducing the tally.

He has been overly impressive for the side this season, featuring in all matches and guiding them to the top of the table.

The win means that Sarajevo have consolidated their position on top of the table and have suffered only a defeat in nine outings.
