Goal number 13 - Frank Acheampong can’t stop scoring in China

The Ghana international forward scored his 13th league goal of the season in the jersey of Tianjin Teda in the Chinese Super League on Saturday.

Frank was however an unfortunate goalscorer as his side lost 5-2 at home to Beijing Guoan whose Brazilian striker Renato Augusto netted a fantastic hat trick. The defeat keeps Tianjin at 6th place on the standings after Week 20.

Only Wu Lei of Shanghai SIPG (18 goals), Guangzhou Evergrande’s Eran Zahavi (16 goals) and Odion Ighalo of Changchun Yatai (15 goals) have scored more than the former Anderlecht winger .

Two of Acheampong’s goals this season were scored from the spot.
