Ghana’s Black Starlets have been drawn in Group A in the WAFU U-17 Championship to be played in Niger.

The Black Starlets are in the same group with the host Niger and Togo.

Group B is made up of Africa record holders Nigeria, Cote d’ Ivoire and Benin and Burkina Faso.

The WAFU U17 Championship is slated for September 2 to 15.

Winner of the competition will join seven other winners from the various sub-regions on the continent at the 2019 Africa U17 Nations Cup in Tanzania.

Meanwhile, the Black Starlets have resumed camping at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, Prampram.
