Ghanaian midfielder David Atanga scored his fourth league goal for ST Polten in their 3-1 win over Rheindorf Altach in the Austria Bundesliga.

Atanga, who has been phenomenal for his new side took his personal tally to four in ten games for the relegation-threatened side.

The Red Bull loanee shot his side in front after Pak Kwang-Ryong cancelled Cheukoua’s opener just under five minutes for the home side.

The 21-year-old slotted in a spectacular finish in the 27th minute to put his side in front before Manuel Martic added the final goal to complete a 3-1 win away from home.

Despite winning by such a wonderful score line, St. Polten are still at the bottom of the Bundesliga.

Atanga was loaned to St. Polten to aid them from their struggles but tried as he could, his efforts have not been properly complemented to guide the side from the drop.

He has so far scored 4 goals in 10 matches.
