Liberty Professionals Coach Reginald Asante Boateng has lamented over missed chances in the club's 2-1 defeat to Ebusua Dwarfs in match day 7 of the Ghana Premier League at the Cape Coast Stadium.

A resurgent Liberty Professionals traveled to Cape Coast on the back of two successive victories, including the win over league leaders Ashantigold.

The scientific soccer lads demonstrated the form that has seen them stop Ashantigold in midweek after taking the lead in the first half through Benjamin Eshun from the spot.

But Eshun could have grabbed a couple of goals later in the game but spurned all his efforts which lead to Dwarfs returning from the break with an impressive performance that saw them level and score the winner with two minutes to end the game.

A disappointed Liberty Coach, Reginald Asante Boateng blamed the defeat to his side's profligacy.

"It was an interesting game, I think we lost all the chances," he said after the game. "We played well but we didn't finish well so it's a very painful loss but we will go back to the drawing board," he added.

Liberty Professional have an outstanding game against Champions Aduana Stars, who are involved in continental football but will next face Ashantigold at the Carl Reindhorf Park.
