The league will start soon - George Afriyie assures

Vice President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), George Afriyie has assured football loving Ghanaians that, the FA is doing all it can to make sure the league commences soon.

According to him, the FA is working tirelessly with both Great Olympics and the law courts to make sure, an amicable solution is found to the recent issue that has led to the delay in the start of the league.

“I want to assure everyone that we are doing all we can to start the league soon. At the moment we are dealing with issues pertaining to law courts and that we have to be careful, hence the delay.”

“But we are making headway as a football organization and we should announce a new date for the start of the league soon”, he added.
