Board member of Accra Great Olympics, H.E. Amarkai Amartefio, has entreated Asante Kotoko and Hearts to join their crusade against the Ghana Football Association as they seek fairness.

The ‘Wonder Club’ is currently in a legal tussle with the GFA which instigated the postponement of the 2017/18 Ghana Premier League.

According to H.E. Amartefio, Great Olympics are pursuing this legal tussle with the GFA for everyone’s benefit as they seek to bring sanity into the system.

“Olympics is at a lost, it's not our wish to go to court, we only went to court so the FA will implement their own laws, am surprised this is happening, complying with your own regulations has been a problem?. I believe the governing body of the GFA should be sacked, they have no business being there.

We are prepared to fight this battle, we are ready to do whatever it will take for us to get justice. Our friends(the clubs) should not be onlookers, this fight is not all about Olympics only but all other clubs especially Hearts and Kotoko, the fight is in the interest of all and is about fairness,” H.E. Amartefio told Oyerepa FM.

meanwhile, the GFA and Great Olympics failed to reach an amicable agreement after series of the meeting was held last Friday and yesterday as they set to appear in court on March 15, 2018.
