Asante Kotoko skipper, Amos Frimpong says they are ready to record a victory over CARA Brazzaville in the first leg of the preliminary stages of the CAF Confederation Cup.

Speaking in an interview with Class Sports ahead of the game, Frimpong said, "So far so good, everything is in place and we are ready for the game on Sunday against CARA. Since we started camping, everything has been in place and I can tell you we are ready for Sunday. We have been speaking about the game since we started camping. The experienced players have shared the experiences of the competition with those that have not been there before and I believe with the experiences we’ve shared, we’ll go beyond the first round this time around".

CARA will touch down in Accra on Thursday, 8 February before moving to Kumasi on Friday for the game on Sunday.
