Vice Chairman of the Professional League Board (PLB) of Ghana, George Amoako Vice Chairman of the Professional League Board (PLB) of Ghana, George Amoako

Vice Chairman of the Professional League Board (PLB) of Ghana, George Amoako has tasked all the elite division clubs in the country to emulate the professionalism of Dreams FC.

Amoako, who was overwhelmed by the manner in which the 2018 G-8 champions unveiled their official mascot for the upcoming season, pointed out that, Ghana football will grow if all clubs can grow their brands like Dreams FC has been doing lately.

“I’m extremely dazzled by what I’ve seen today from Dreams. I never knew there was a club in Ghana which does things in such a modern manner” George Amoako stated during the outdooring of the club’s logo and mascot.

“All Premier League clubs in Ghana should emulate Dreams FC if our league is to grow and meet European standard. Many of the clubs have a long way to go and everyone should go back to the drawing board and re-strategise” he said.

The PLB boss further urged Dreams FC not to rest on their oars but continue to be the pacesetters of professional standards. “Dreams FC should not relax, they should continue to grow their brand, the future looks bright for the club” he added.

The name of the official mascot of the club for the 2017/2018 GPL season is “Believer” and it will be present in all of the club’s fifteen league home games.
