Promising Fitness Trainer and CEO of Massive Workout, Frank Dzidefo Toulassi, spent his Christmas with over one hundred mentally challenged victims within Accra on 25 December 2017.

The kind gesture was inspired by his belief that the mentally challenged have been neglected by society and hence the season was the right time to visit them and show them love.

With the support of his team members, Frank fed the ill health victims with hygienic water and food on the principal streets of Accra, Nima and Madina.

As hard and emotional it could be, the fitness trainer interacted with some of the mentally challenged victims and shed tears over their situation.

In regard to his charitable deed, the man who trains highly reputable people in society said, "When I donate to charities, I feel grateful. I’m glad to have clean water to drink, cook with and use in my home. When I’ve made kits of supplies to be sent to disaster areas, I’m reminded how blessed I am to have a safe home and emergency supplies on hand.”

Frank was full of gratitude for how far God has brought him and said, "As you give food to a local food bank, or write a cheque for an organization that helps people in need, you can’t help but feel thankful for the blessings in your own life."

Frank Dzidefo Toulassi has worked with Ghana's former boxing World Champion, Joseph Agbeko, Hon. Minister Albert Abongo and other recognized personalities.

The fitness trainer is well known for his programs on 4syte TV and Kwese TV.
