Jordan Ayew features as Bony powers Swansea past West Brom

Ghana international striker , Jordan Ayew, came off the bench to feature for Swansea as they edged past West Brom 1-0 at the Liberty Stadium.

The highly rated Ghanaian striker replaced Wayne Routledge in the 55th minute having missed the starting line up for the first time this season but had an impressive outing for the Swans nonetheless.

Ivorian striker Wilfried Bony blasted home in 81st minute and it was enough for the Swans as they rose off the bottom of the table as Paul Clement was handed a massive respite.

The Swans are now looking forward to Wednesday’s home clash with leaders Manchester City.
