Borussia Dortmund forward Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang has equalled Anthony Yeboah's goal scoring record in the German Bundesliga.

The Gabonese ace netted a brace on Saturday to reach 96 Bundesliga goals to draw level with Ghana legend Anthony Yeboah, who was a cult hero during the early 90's with Frankfurt and Hamburg in Germany.

Aubameyang was red carded as Schalke 04 came from four goals down to draw 4-4 with the Yellow and Blacks at the Signal Iduna Park.

The 28-year-old also became the first player after Yeboah to win the back to back golden boot as an African in the Bundesliga.

He could go on and break the record if he returns from suspension and scores in the game against Werder Bremen.

The former Saint Etienne speedster has score 11 times already in the Bundesliga this season.
