Patrick Twumasi named Astana Best Player for the month of August

Fans of Astana has voted Ghana attacker Patrick Twumasi as the best player for the Month of August.

The Ghanaian international made a significant impact in the Astana team this month by scoring eight times in five matches.

Twumasi made fives appearance, three coming by way of UEFA Champions League games with two other League matches.

The 22-year-old in this games emerged as the most outstanding player for his side.

However fans of the Club have decided to select him as the best player for the month of August.

The former Red Bull Academy player is enjoying one of his best seasons in European football after an outstanding campign with his side last season where he ended as the best forigne player at his Club.

The forward who is preparing to play in the UEFA Europa League with his side was shockingly excluded from Coach Kwesi Appiah’s 24-man squad for the Black Stars FIFA World Cup qualifier against Congo.
