Ebenezer Assifuah named in Ligue 2 Team of the Week

Le Havre striker Ebenezer Assifuah has been named in the French Ligue 2 Team of the Week for the opening fixture.

The Ghana international scored the opening goal in the 9th minute as his side won 3-0 at Tours last Friday.

Assifuah was substituted in the 73rd minute by Alimani Gory.

He joined the side in February after joining in the winter transfer window from Swiss side FC Sion.

Assifuah was with the Ghana team at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations finals in Gabon.
