Former Ghana international has called on football federations to vote the right people into office in order to help develop the game on the continent.
The General Secretary of the Professional Footballers of Ghana (PFAG) was speaking at the Africa Football Symposium in Morocco where he stated how important it is to get the people into office.
Africa has been blessed with abundant talent but has failed to make any significant mark on the world stage, a worrying spectacle for the former football.
“As President Ahmad and FIFA President Infantino talked about the formation, as a general coordinator I am in contact with most of the teams and I see how well a team is organised,” he shared his views at the forum.
“And I think it is important also for federations to often put the right people in the right places.”
“Right people in the right places,” he stressed.
Abedi Pele, Jay Jay Okocha and Kalusha Bawulya are among former legends to grace the occasion.
The two-day program organised under the High Patronage of the King of Morocco is set to end on Wednesday 19 July 2017.
