2017 FIFA Confederation Cup winner with Germany Benjamin Henrichs is expected in Ghana this week, GHANASoccernet.com can report.

The 20 year old fullback who can also play as a midfielder was born to German father and Ghanaian mother who hails from Gomoa Fetteh in the Central region of Ghana.

The versatile footballer will be visiting his mother's hometown to meet some family members.

The Bayern Leverkusen rising star made his Germany debut in November 2016 against San Marino in a World Cup 2018 qualifier.

He was member of the Germany squad that won the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 in Russia.
