We are in financial crisis - Bolga All Stars PRO

Public Relations Officer of Bolga All Stars Nelson Abagna says his outfit are embroiled in a financial crisis to compete in the premier league.
The Bolga-based side qualified to the elite division after winning Zone One of the GN Division One League last season, but has since been faced with financial crumblings.

And according the club's spokesman, management currently owe the entire playing body over two months salaries, which has led to their poor start to the ongoing campaign.

"We travel about three hours to Tamale to train and play our home games at the Utrecht Park," Abanga told Volta Star FM.

"The people of Bolga love football and I knew if the club were allowed to play in the Upper East region, We could be financially sound."
"The owner of the club nearly sold it to a businessman from Techiman, Nana Ameyaw to run the club but the negotiations was unfruitful."

Bolga All Stars currently lies at the bottom of the Ghana Premier League with 4 points from eight games.
