Bashir Hayford quits Ashgold job

Ashantigold SC football coach Bashir Hayford has tendered in a resignation at the Obuasi based football club.

The former Kotoko trainer shown no indication of leaving his post as he trained with the Obuasi club on thursday evening at the club’s training grounds.

The former Medeama SC coach, abusuafmonline.com understands left his resignation letter at the club’s office on Friday morning.

Bashir led miners to win the 2014/15 Ghana premier after nearly two decades of winning the league.

The Obuasi club has had it most roughly since the start of the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League.
